Case Management during COVID

Case Management is a collaborative process which assesses, plans, implements, co-ordinates, monitors and evaluates the options and services required to meet an individuals needs. As the pandemic has altered traditional ways of providing direct services to clients, case managers have had to adapt. On Tuesday March 1^st from 10am to 11am, join a panel of case managers to learn more about how they have adapted case management practices throughout the pandemic. You will hear from the Department of Court Services, Transitional Community Services, The Family Center, and more.
