Join this dynamic 2-hour online workshop and learn to lead more inclusive, transformative, and collaborative events.

This highly-interactive training will assist individuals with designing and facilitating inclusive and engaging online meetings and events.  You will learn:

• A 5-step framework for transformative design

• Strategies for including all voices and managing power dynamics

• Fun activities to build trust and connection among participants

• How to handle in-the-moment challenges with principles from improv theatre

• Behind-the-scene tech tips for seamless online delivery

This will be a highly-interactive Zoom call and will not be recorded. For the best experience join with your laptop or desktop computer and use the Zoom client app. Come prepared to be on video and ready to interact with others on the call!


About the Trainers

Erica Marx, M.S.

Erica is the founder of Erica Marx Coaching, which specializes in the production of highly interactive transformative online events for nonprofit organizations and coalitions addressing systemic issues and social change. Erica is a PCC certified professional coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF), a NYS certified conflict mediator, and a board member of the International Applied Improvisation Network.  Erica has over 15 years experience as an executive and team coach, conflict mediator, workshop leader and instructor with businesses, organizations, and academic institutions. She completed her B.S. at Cornell University and has a Master's in Interdisciplinary Ecology from the University of Florida.


Fred Brown, MFA

Fred is a workplace team trainer and improvisational theater artist. As a facilitator, he has led workshops in team-building and leadership presence for organizations including the Johnson Business School at Cornell University, Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and Google. His creative work focuses on group collaborative processes and co-created performance. Fred has a MFA at the Pig Iron School for Advanced Performance Training and a BA in Classical Philology from Harvard University.
