Best practice in Programme Design starts with a Needs Assessment. Needs Assessments are critical to ensure you are providing services that are meeting community needs. Needs assessments can allow for better organisational focus, better allocation of resources on the areas that will have the most impact, and enhanced grant and proposal writing to obtain funding. This 1/2 day training will review the steps required to complete a needs assessment. It is a useful standalone workshop, or is the first of 3 workshops in a series on Programme Design.
